WWV Wärmeverwertung has summarised the essential, applicable standards in this Code of Conduct. At the heart of it, there are our values: honesty, integrity, responsibility, and respect for people. On this basis we can be entrepreneurial to develop and safeguard the company’s reputation and profitability while caring for people and contributing to society.
The principles of this Code of Conduct ask for any of us to be honest, integer, respectful and to take responsibility. They follow the three main international guidelines for responsible corporate governance: the UN Global Compact, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
This Code of Conduct is for all employees of WWV Wärmeverwertung. But it also reaches out to our suppliers and business partners. As a project-oriented service business we operate in a dense network of people who represent multiple businesses and organizations. We therefore regularly review and upon careful consideration commit the Codes of Conduct of our customers. We keep track of the Codes of Conduct of our business partners and and we expect all our suppliers and subcontractors to comply with our own Code of Conduct. This is an integral part of our certified quality management system.
